Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [7–14 business days]. Please ensure the correct addresses are entered (Include correct building number, and apartment numbers with zip codes)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone you have provided us.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within [7– 21 business days].

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery estimates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Thus, we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These are the responsibilities of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

Note: Shipping cost is determined by location and will automatically be calculated at checkout. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VeiledLambs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

VeiledLambs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. ( A good practice is to take photos of your order before and after opening package)
